Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, you’ll need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return process for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Refunds will not be issued for orders with address errors reported after the order has been fulfilled.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
We recommend placing a new order for the item you want, and returning the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can complete the new purchase.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
