At Nolara, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In unused and original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

To initiate a return, email us at support@trynolara.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective.
